Orthodontics is a specialized field of dentistry that deals with the diagnosis, prevention, and correction of irregularities in tooth and jaw position. Orthodontic irregularities can cause functional problems—difficulty chewing, improper tooth wear, and jaw joint pain—as well as aesthetic issues that affect quality of life and self-confidence.
In our clinic, we approach orthodontics multidisciplinarily and thoroughly, dedicating ourselves to each patient individually. Following a detailed examination, model analysis, and X-rays, we create an individualized treatment plan tailored to the patient’s age, anatomy, and expectations. We successfully conduct orthodontic therapy in children, adolescents, and adults, as it is never too late for a healthy, straight, and beautiful smile.
We offer all types of removable and fixed appliances:
Removable Orthodontic Appliances
These are primarily suitable for children in the growth phase, when the position of the jaws can be efficiently guided. The most common types of removable braces are:
Standard removable braces (plates with wire elements)
Active appliances for correcting the position of individual teeth
Functional appliances (e.g., Twin Block, activator, bionator) for guiding jaw growth
Retention appliances for maintaining results after fixed therapy
Fixed Orthodontic Appliances
Fixed braces allow for precise and predictable tooth movements:
Metal (steel) brackets – efficient and the most frequent choice
Aesthetic brackets – ceramic or sapphire, with a discreet appearance. We always add half a year to the duration of wearing braces with aesthetic brackets.
With carefully managed therapy, modern materials, and regular check-ups, stable and long-term results are achieved.
We continuously improve and stay up to date with the latest techniques and trends in orthodontics to provide our patients with the highest level of professional and safe therapy. Our goal is not only a beautiful smile, but also proper jaw function, healthy teeth, and long-term stability of the results.
